With 576 sqft of indoor living area, there is ample space for the living and dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
With 4' porch overhang on 3 sides. On the front, 9'x24' porch overhang partially covers a 14'x24' deck lounging area, room for chairs and tables outside, facing the view.
For insulated homes for hot and cold climates, the customer determines R-Values required and chooses from insulation options.
