The exotic Thaihale ("hale" is the Hawaiian word for home) is the largest of our prefabricated houses. This spacious bamboo home is a 20ft by 14ft rectangle connected to half of a 20ft octagon. The home is designed with extensive window space for spectacular views and easy access from 2 sliding glass doors on each side of the house. A gable window and louvers provide abundant natural light and fresh air ventilation in the loft. The 120sqft loft is ideal for a queen size bed, 2 dressers, a desk and chair, and plenty of room to walk around in. 

The downstairs area is 450sqft with a full kitchen, living room area and a bedroom or bathroom. The kitchen area has plenty of counter space, room for a full 4 burner stove with an oven, a 20cubic-ft refrigerator, cabinets, and of course a kitchen sink. The optional 8ft-porch roof and 6ft deck on 3 sides of the house provide 780sqft of outdoor lounging area, storage, or for what ever you can think of. The enclosed room on the main floor can be used for a 70sqft indoor bathroom or a bedroom. 

The Thaihale is the premiere vacation rental. The ambiance of this appealing bamboo home creates a romantic tropical atmosphere. Even the most experienced traveler will be dazzled by the exquisite elegance of the bamboo design. Rental guests are happy to pay for the warm and novel experience of being surrounded by this expansive bamboo home. The Thaihale can also be used for a primary dwelling or a second home on the property for long or short-term rental. It can be used as a guest cottage for friends as well, but they may not want to leave.
