Pod Hale is a 10.5'x10.5' square, 110 sqft. Windows on three sides with a bamboo door on one of those sides. One wall is solid. The roof geometry is a true pyramid based on the Golden Mean. Space for a loft to cover half of the room. Can be ordered with an optional wrap around 9ft porch roof that covers over a 6ft deck 210 sf area.

Pod Hale lends to combinations of 2 or more (The photo here is a double). Can be connected in a row or an L shape. Living quarters, including a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, can be built into a house made of three or more. Pod Hale can be attached to an Octahale for an estra bedroom, office or bathroom. One Pod Hale separate from the main house is an excellent office, yoga or meditation room, or sleeping quarters.

For insulated homes for hot and cold climates, the customer determines R-Values required and chooses from insulation options.
