The interior space is 24 feet wide by 40 feet long and has 960 interior square feet. Room for an optional 224 sqft loft.
 

The 9 ft extended porch covering the 6 ft wrap around deck is optional for one to four sides. The complete wrap around deck is 912 square feet and can be used for lounge chairs, dining tables, play areas and storage areas.
 

The Plantation Hale is designed to be a large two bedroom, two bathroom residential home or vacation rental. The size easily accommodates a family with children or two couples in a vacation rental.
 

The interior designs can be customized. You may want to use bamboo flooring on the living areas, tile in the kitchen and bathroom, and carpeting in the bedrooms. You may choose to have only one bathroom and expand one of the bedrooms. You may choose to limit the exterior deck to less than 4 sides and include large picture windows or sliding windows instead of doors. The doors can be sliding glass doors or double French doors made from bamboo. Interior walls can be covered with bamboo weaving or made of solid wood carved with exotic ornamental designs.
