  Pavilion Hale
 Panels on each of the 12 sides enclose the structure. Four of sides are solid walls used for shear panels, which provide maximum strength. Eight walls can be designed with any combination of windows, doors, or solid walls.
Interior space is 707 square feet. An optional vented skylight 6 feet in diameter adds extra light. The Pavilion Hale is an open and expansive environment flooded with natural light.
It can be used as a single family home structure. Interior walls can be inserted to section off areas for the bedroom, living area, kitchen, and bathroom. The bathroom can be built inside of the structure, outside the structure, or in an adjoining structure.
The 9' Extended Porch covering a 6 foot deck area is optional and provides 717 square feet of outside deck area. The deck can be used for lounge chairs, dining tables, plants, storage rooms, and play areas for the kids.
This Hale is versatile in its uses and flexible in its design options. It lends itself to creating a space for yoga and meditation classes. It will accommodate about 30 students with mats. The Pavilion Hale can be used as a meeting room for classes, lectures or gatherings, accommodating about 50 people.
For insulated homes for hot and cold climates, the customer determines R-Values required and chooses from insulation options.
