Eco Hale options are a structural floor framing system and exterior deck floor structure with factory prep for waterproofing material membrane to be installed by owner/ contractor.

The upper level floor in this particular model was sided and decked with sustainably harvested white cedar over the structural bamboo framing.

Called an 'eco-home' because this two story house is designed to integrate bamboo with other ecological building systems. The lower level is supplied and built by another contractor using innovative building systems. Blocks built on site with existing excavation soil, straw bale foundations or gunnite on wire mesh over foam core may be used depending on building codes in your area.

The upper level is designed for a living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bath. Walk out onto the upper level desk from the dining room. Interior space is 576 sqft, with 9' porch covering a deck area of 504 sqft. The lower level is designed for a bedroom with king bed, full bath and walk in closet, with covered outdoor space under the deck.
