The Cottage is designed to be a complete house with living area, bedroom, closet and bathroom. Designed for a full kitchen including stove, refrigerator, counter and sink. The bathroom has room for a vanity, sink, toilet, bathtub and shower.

This photo (right) shows the Cottage with tile roof and cement and stucco external walls.

Optional skylights in the roof brightens the interior with natural light.

The large roof has a 3 ft overhang all around the house. One end of the cottage has a 9 ft porch roof covering a 6' deck area, 128 sqft. The floor plan shown features two cutouts in the corners, an option for this model.

This cottage is a beautiful primary dwelling or a premier vacation rental or guest cottage.

For insulated homes for hot and cold climates, the customer determines R-Values required and chooses from insulation options.
